Attached is the 2025 Annual meeting Call for Papers for the Joint meeting with the Weed Science Society of America February 24-27, 2025 in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
We are planning for a fully in-person event with no remote or hybrid options.
You are invited to submit titles and abstracts for papers and posters to be presented at the WSSA/CWSS Joint Meeting in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our meeting will be held from Monday, February 24-27, 2025. You must register for the event to present your paper or poster, the act of submitting a paper is not your registration. Registration will open in November 2024 on the WSSA website, and notification will be sent via email.

DEADLINES FOR TITLES and AUTHOR, ABSTRACT, and PRESENTATION SUBMISSIONS
Titles and Author Information must be submitted electronically by December 2, 2024 to be considered. Those not submitted by this deadline will not be accepted. This deadline applies to student contests, volunteer oral papers, all posters, and symposia.
Abstract texts must be submitted by February 10th, 2025.
