We look forward to seeing you all at the beautiful Hilton Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, QC. from November 2-7 2025 for the annual 2025 CWSS-WSSA meeting. And we can’t wait to hear you all as well!
Titles and Author Information must be submitted via the registration site by August 1 2025 to be considered. Those not submitted by this deadline will not be accepted. This deadline applies to student contests, volunteer oral papers, all posters, and symposia.
The theme of this year’s meeting centres around the three B’s of our professions: Bio surveillance, Biodiversity and Bio control. While all topics will be considered and welcomed, our hope is that your talks can link with one of those themes.
Please note you must register for the event to give your oral presentation or present your poster, the act of submitting an abstract is not your registration. Registration will open in August 2025. Notifications for registration will be found on the webpage, and will be sent via email, newsletter, and social media (Facebook, BlueSky, twitter).
We are planning for a fully in-person event with no remote or hybrid options.
