Call for Presentations – CWSS-SCM Annual Meeting 2026

Dear CWSS-SCM Members,

We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful Delta Hotels Saskatoon Downtown from November 23–26, 2026 for the CWSS-SCM Annual Meeting. We also look forward to learning from your research, experiences, and expertise!

We invite you to submit titles and abstracts for oral presentations and posters.

Important Deadlines

• September 15, 2026 – Submit your presentation title and author information for volunteer oral presentations, posters, and symposia.
• October 15, 2026 – Submit your completed abstract.

The theme of this year’s meeting is Managing Multiple Herbicide-Resistant Weeds. While presentations on all weed science topics are welcome, we encourage presenters to connect their work to the meeting theme whenever possible.

Please note that submitting an abstract does not register you for the conference. Selected presenters must complete conference registration to present an oral paper or poster.

Registration will open August 24, 2026, with announcements shared on our website, by email, in the newsletter, and through our social media channels (Facebook, BlueSky, and LinkedIn).

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held entirely in person; remote and hybrid presentation options will not be available.
