Kate Hyatt is a people person. She is an extrovert and believes collaboration is the smartest way to get things done.
Kate grew up on a dairy and cash crop farm east of Toronto. She holds a BSc in Plant Biology from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto. Kate has worked in the crop protection industry for 14 years, all of them with Bayer. She’s held positions in field research, technical support and most recently, in marketing and communications. Her favourite crop is winter wheat. Her favourite weed is scarlet pimpernel.
